True or False: Carrots are good for your eyes?
The answer is TRUE! Not only are carrots delicious, they also contain beta-carotene, a compound that the body converts into vitamin A, which is key for healthy eyesight and skin. Beta-carotene also gives carrots their orange color. Fun fact: Flamingos are pink because their diets are rich in beta-carotene!
